Price Match Policy

Main terms:

1. A price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
2. A price match can not be used in conjunction with our free mock-up ring service (i.e., each customer can receive a free mock-up ring, OR utilize the price match guarantee)
3. Our price match guarantee includes the total comparable diamond cost (1) + ring cost (2) found elsewhere. The total cost is inclusive of shipping and Canadian duties (when price match is against US or other international e-commerce platforms)

Other terms:

1. The competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
2. Special promotions on other websites such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products and “buy one, get one” offers are not eligible for our Price Match Policy.
3. Time-limited sales events (i.e., Black Friday, “early bird” or “door-buster” offers), offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of business sales, and loyalty program offers are ineligible for the Price Match Policy.
4. The Price match policy only applies before a purchase is made.
5. We reserve the right to: (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the Price Match Policy at any time.
