Try on your design at home first. Wear it in your daily life to ensure the style is perfect.

Modify & Order your final ring
Modify your final ring based on any necessary adjustments following your mock up ring trial.
Once you are ready - the final ring is created at our Calgary workshop and arrives at your doorstep within 4-6 weeks.

Our at-home try-on experience makes buying lab diamond engagement rings simple, stress-free, and secure. If you choose a custom design, you’ll work one-on-one with your own personal jewelry designer to bring your dream ring to life.

The main difference between our pre-designed and custom lab diamond engagement rings is the level of personalization.
Pre-Designed Rings:
Choose from our thoughtfully designed styles featuring stunning lab-created diamonds. You’ll still receive a try-on ring to ensure the perfect fit and look before your final ring is crafted.
Custom Lab Diamond Rings:
If you’re looking for a fully personalized experience, our custom option is ideal. You’ll be paired with an expert jewelry designer who will guide you through every step of creating your dream ring.
Your designer will provide hand sketches and/or computer-generated renderings based on your style and preferences. Once finalized, we craft a custom try-on ring for you to test at home. Our gemologists then help you select the perfect diamond before your ring is crafted at our Calgary, AB workshop.
Both options ensure you can confidently purchase your lab diamond ring after seeing it in person.
Once you approve your final ring design (either through a sketch or using our at-home ring try-on service), your final ring will arrive to your doorstep in 5 weeks or less.
Any custom project requiring completion in less than 20 business days may be subject to a rush fee. This additional investment into the labor of love towards your project ensures we can reconcile any adjustments and have the highest quality control in a swift manner to meet your deadline.
Our pre-designed rings and our custom designed rings both start at $1300.
Our pricing reflects the value our clients receive from our exceptional bespoke process. On the flip side, we’re able to keep our lab diamond engagement ring prices competitive due to our in-house production.
Polar offers lab-created diamonds, natural diamonds, and other gemstones. However, unless otherwise stated, we primarily use lab-created diamonds in our jewelry.
Our lab diamond engagement rings provide the same brilliance and durability as mined diamonds while offering a more sustainable and cost-conscious alternative.
Yes! Polar offers free shipping across Canada and the USA on all lab diamond rings and other purchases.
Yes. We offer one complimentary resize after your purchase to ensure your lab diamond engagement ring fits perfectly.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on all pre-designed lab diamond rings.
Because custom rings are crafted specifically for you, once you approve your final design, your custom ring becomes non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our custom-crafted rings, once you agree to your final design, we will build your final (non-refundable) ring.
For the first 2 years after your purchase: we cover all costs for any repairs related to your ring. This includes all repairs required due to normal wear and tear and any manufacturing defects.
After 2 years : we offer a limited lifetime warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Your limited lifetime warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear or loss of gemstones.
